Returns Policy

4.1  If you wish to cancel your order:

(a)  Please notify us by email at info@moonrust.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you;

or

(b)  Where goods have already been dispatched to you, please return the goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

4.2  You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. Please notify us by email at info@moonrust.co.uk explaining that you want to return your goods before you send them.  The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

4.3  Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.  Any refund given will exclude shipping costs.

4.4  The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

4.5  You are deemed to have legally accepted your items by keeping them, after you've had a reasonable time to examine them (i.e without notifying us of any fault within 30 days of the purchase date). We have no control over what customers do with items or how they treat them once received, therefore an exchange of goods cannot be considered after this 30-day period.

The provisions of clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
